We will refund a cancelled skip in full providing at least two working days’ notice is provided.
If cancelled once the vehicle has left the depot but before delivery is made an 50% refund will be provided.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge for a 50% Wasted Journey should our driver arrive at the delivery address but is unable to drop or collect a skip due to circumstances beyond our control.
No refund will be payable once the skip has been delivered to the scheduled address.

Skip road licence fees paid to the appropriate councils will be non-returnable.
